Using Zapier for Integration

Using Zapier to link Zoho CRM with Facebook offers broader integration capabilities and increased flexibility in business processes.

Zapier’s customizable workflows help in automating tasks and simplifying processes. 

Step-by-Step Process to Connect Zoho CRM with Facebook using Zapier

Step 1: Log in to Zapier

Step 2: Create Zap

  • When you are logged in, click on the three dots on the screen’s upper right corner.
  • Select the “Create Zap” option from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Click on Trigger

Step 4: Choose Trigger

  • Once you click on Trigger, search for “Facebook” in the search bar
  • Select “Facebook Lead Ads”

This will start the integration process. You can also connect with Facebook Pages as per your requirements.

Step 5: Authenticate Your Facebook Account

Link your Facebook account to Zapier if it hasn’t been linked already. This can be done by following the on-screen instructions.

Step 6: Choose Trigger Event

In the Event search bar on the right-hand side corner, choose a trigger event to start the integration.

For Facebook Leads, the trigger will be “NewLead.”

At this point, you will need to test the activation event. Zapier does so by fetching test data from linked Facebook profiles.

Testing is done to make sure the configuration is correct. 

Step 7: Click on Action

Step 8: Select Zoho CRM from the Given Options

After setting up the trigger, search Zoho CRM in the search bar and click on Zoho CRM as the action app.

Step 9: Select the Action Event

Select the action event for Zoho CRM once a fresh lead is generated on Facebook.

You can create your custom action or choose from the given options.

Step 10: Click on Continue

Once the action event is selected, click on Continue. 

Step 11: Connect Your Zoho CRM Account

If the Zoho CRM account is not connected to Zapier, you will need to provide the Zoho CRM API key to authenticate.
