What does Agile CRM Do?
Agile CRM, hailing from India and founded in 2013, has swiftly become a cloud-based go-to choice for businesses globally. This customer relationship management tool stands out with its focus on marketing and sales, offering a robust platform for companies in search of multi-channel customer engagement.
Agile CRM is designed for small businesses, offering easy-to-use marketing automation. This helps business owners use automation without needing technical skills. The CRM system is user-friendly and affordable, making customer management simple.
The integrated telephony feature lets users call directly from the CRM, saving time and effort. This streamlines communication and boosts efficiency. Which meakes it a perfect tool for call centers and helpdesks.
Agile CRM also includes a social suite for managing social media, keeping businesses competitive in the digital age. This will help you stay active on social media, allthough this tool is quite simple.
Web analytics assist businesses in pinpointing their most promising leads through monitoring website visits and interests. This data-centric method enhances customer engagement and targeting, although Google Analytics presents a superior (and free) alternative to this capability.
AgileCRM also offers full two-way email integration, allowing seamless email communication within the CRM software. Billing integration links customer billing history with other details, giving a complete view of each client’s interactions and transactions.
Key features of Agile CRM
Like I have mentioned before, AgileCRM is focused on sales. In this segment, I will delve into the key sales functionalities that can benefit your business.
Sales enablement
Agile CRM’s sales enablement features are designed to enhance and streamline your sales process. These tools include lead scoring, gamification, appointment scheduling, project management, and more.
In my view, these features are crucial for optimizing your sales operations. Particularly for businesses such as real estate agencies or those dealing with high-ticket sales, the appointment scheduling functionality can significantly streamline the sales process.
Another standout feature is the gamification tool, which has the potential to boost team productivity and sales. By introducing game-like elements to your sales processes, this feature fosters healthy competition among team members, ultimately driving better results when implemented effectively.
Telephony
Despite the increasing shift of sales activities to online platforms, telephony remains a crucial component for many companies. For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), AgileCRM’s telephony feature offers an effective and budget-friendly solution. Compared to other CRM options, Agile CRM stands out as an affordable phone solution.
Agile CRM’s telephony feature includes a power dialer, inbound CTI, automated voicemail, call scripts, call recording, and more. These features provide everything necessary to operate a professional call center. The power dialer enhances productivity and activity, while call scripts and call recording improve the quality of the sales team. This enables comprehensive training and optimization of sales strategies.
Marketing automation
Marketing automation is a key benefit of CRM systems. As a Product Owner, I see its advantages daily. It streamlines marketing and reduces team workload.
AgileCRM offers various marketing automation tools, mainly for email marketing. With AgileCRM, you can automate autoresponders, newsletters, social campaigns, lead scoring, and A/B testing.
While other CRM tools have more advanced features, AgileCRM is effective, especially at this price. Despite not being the most advanced, it gets the job done efficiently.
Agile CRM Pricing
Agile CRM provides four different plans, one of which is completely free for up to 10 users.
Free Plan
As the name implies, the free plan is entirely cost-free yet offers an extensive array of features. You can manage up to 1,000 contacts, handle unlimited deals and documents, and it even includes appointment scheduling tools. This makes it an excellent choice for small businesses focused on sales.
Starter Plan
When your company reaches the limitations of the free plan, the starter plan provides an affordable option to continue your CRM journey. The starter plan offers similar features to the free plan but allows you to manage up to 10,000 contacts, automate marketing activities, and make 5,000 API calls per day. This makes it a cost-effective choice for smaller call centers or helpdesks as well.
Regular Plan
For medium-sized companies, the Regular plan is an excellent solution to their CRM challenges. In addition to managing more contacts and having more API call credits, it offers features not available in the starter and free plans. These useful features include custom deal tracks, two-way telephony, and SMS marketing capabilities, making it ideal for companies seeking an omnichannel marketing and CRM solution. Priced at $29.99 per user, the Regular plan is, in my opinion, well-suited for medium-sized businesses such as SaaS companies, real estate agencies, and eCommerce businesses.
Enterprise Plan
For enterprises, the Enterprise plan could be a suitable solution for their CRM and marketing activities. Priced at $47.99 per user, this plan is quite affordable compared to other enterprise CRM tools. Agile CRM is particularly well-suited for enterprises with large helpdesks, as it includes features like post-call automation, call recording, and automated voicemail, which can significantly enhance your calling operations. However, if your company does not focus heavily on large-scale calling activities, the Enterprise plan offers few additional advantages over the Regular plan.
Last thoughts
I consider Agile CRM to be a highly respectable CRM solution, particularly for sales-oriented businesses like real estate agencies and call centers. Agile CRM provides an affordable option that offers good value for its cost. While it gets the job done, more advanced CRM solutions are available. If you don’t require a highly sophisticated CRM and are mindful of your budget, Agile CRM is a great choice for your company.
