The AllClients CRM software primarily focuses on marketing. Therefore, you’ll find tools that mainly involve interacting with customers. When you join the AllClients CRM platform, you’ll find features like contact, management, email marketing, and marketing automation.

These come together in the AllClients CRM centralized platform. They help organize client data, to-do lists, email campaigns, and automatic responses. With these tools, your marketing and sales teams become connected, and a huge chunk of work is lifted from their shoulders.

Team members will have more time to chase leads and close deals. With less pressure in the company environment and more tools to interact with customers, small business owners have happy employees and buyers.

Key Features of AllClients CRM

Let’s take a look at how the AllClients CRM primary features work:

Contact Management

Contact management is about managing your customer data, including past, existing, and potential. Instead of storing it on email platforms, spreadsheets, and sticky notes, you can combine it all in the AllClients CRM platform.

You can quickly transfer from any old system you were using and customize them. Your dashboard will pop up notifications on clients’ birthdays, leads, and appointments.

Email Marketing

With email marketing, you can simultaneously send email campaigns to hundreds of customers. Since this feature is integrated into your AllClients CRM platform, your dashboard will notify you whenever someone opens and clicks on links you’ve shared via email.

Drag-and-drop email templates are ready for you to use to beautify your emails. These make your emails mobile-ready. The designs are colorful and attractive enough to grab a reader’s attention. You can also create your brand-related templates.

Marketing Automation

Marketing automation is all about reducing work for teams by handling repetitive tasks. You can use pop-up forms and landing pages to capture more customer data and get more people to visit your website.

Through automation tools, AllClients can assist you with responding to clients who’ve filled out a pop-up form with a newsletter, email, or link to a free download. Also, if your staff doesn’t work 24 hours a day, you can enable Autoresponders.

Autorepsonders is a tool that automatically responds to client questions based on keywords. You’ll be notified when the client needs human assistance and new leads come in.

Pricing Plan

AllClients CRM platform has three subscriptions: Select, Premium, and Elite. Like most CRMs, you pay less when you get billed annually than monthly. Also, you get a 14-day free trial on any plan you choose.

The Premium plan costs a minimum of $48 for two users. It allows you to store 5,000 contacts and 3,000 email credits per month. In addition to the Select plan features, it also includes boards, landing pages, automation, and campaigns.

The Elite plan allows five users and 15,000 contacts for a minimum payment of $96 per month. You also get 7,500 email-sending credits and all the Premium plan features. In addition, a dedicated account manager can assist you with using the platform throughout your use of the AllClients CRM software.
