When I first started researching ePROMIS CRM, I was immediately put off by the website’s lack of transparency. Finding crucial information, such as pricing and integrations, was a challenge, and I had to contact the sales team and wait for a response. Additionally, the site didn’t share any images of the CRM in action, so I had no idea whether it would meet my needs.

That being said, I found the software reasonably easy to use, and the mobile app was a definite benefit for any business that needs access to a CRM while on the go. The reporting features were decent. But honestly, many other CRM solutions don’t require you to jump through hoops before even using the software.

The ePROMIS CRM platform is relatively easy to use and benefits from an intuitive user interface, making navigation much easier. Personally, I wouldn’t classify this CRM as beginner-friendly, and users with no previous CRM experience may have a bit of a learning curve ahead of them.

ePROMIS as a whole offers good customer support. Even before you become a customer, you can reach out to them via a live chat feature on their website. When I did this, I received a response within a few minutes. They couldn’t answer my questions since it was related to pricing and integrations, but they did point me in the right direction to contact the sales team.

The support team is available 24/7 via phone, email or live chat. Additionally, they also offer an extensive library of training resources and guides to help users navigate issues with the software.
