From my review, NetHunt stands out for its unique and customized Gmail and omnichannel communication integrations. The sales automation CRM helps track and monitor the sales process from the moment of contact with the lead to conversion. Thanks to automated customer data collection on the various communication channels, businesses get timely updates on the sales process and can make the required adjustments.

NetHunt is a customer relationship management system that provides sales automation capabilities to sales experts. These tools assist in lead management, monitoring sales progress, nurturing customer relations, and increasing conversions. Thanks to automated streamlining and structuring of business data, companies can save time and cost on business operations.

The CRM integrates with Google Workspace, enabling timely and accurate data updates based on Gmail communications. It collects and updates customers’ contacts from the Gmail calendar of events. Any information shared with and with a client on Gmail is attached to the customer’s profile in the CRM system, which I think makes it easy to build accurate reports from business data.

NetHunt also provides a systematic tracking system for the company’s sales activity. This makes it easier for me to identify the critical business metrics performing poorly and the best ones. The system’s automated lead generation allows salespeople to act promptly on potential leads, hence a faster conversion. 

The centralized data enables a simplified overview of sales and accurate sales forecasts. The CRM also provides businesses with reports based on the sales process over a given period.

The CRM offers various customer relationship management solutions to different businesses. From my testing, NetHunt has CRM solutions for digital agencies, marketing teams, SaaS, startups, real estate, and small businesses.

I’ve found that NetHunt is equipped with various key features that enhance a company’s business operations and customer relationship management.

Gmail Integration

NetHunt uses Gmail Integration as one of its core integrations. The integration allows businesses to have a more organized customer base by providing centralized and automatically updated customer data. Businesses can create an effective sales pipeline using Gmail Integration. They can add leads, track their progress, and create customized sales pipelines based on products and services.

Data collection automation and Gmail integration save time and operational costs. Drip campaigns are set to nurture potential leads, while email conversations are automatically linked to a customer’s CRM profile. I’ve found that the company can draft marketing emails using email templates with customized fields.

Gmail integration facilitates faster email tracking. The company knows when the leads open the emails, which provides valuable insights to the sales team. Additionally, the company can create automated email sequences to ensure continuous communication with clients.

The sales automation feature on NetHunt instantly captures web data from leads and updates it in the CRM’s database. Key custom information collected from the webforms includes first and last name, phone number, referring page, landing page, email address, newsletter subscription, company name, etc.

Lead nurturing is enabled by creating automatic email sequences that engage customers and prospects. The automated emails are customized based on the prospect’s needs and buying journey.

Linking email conversations to customers’ profiles ensures all the contact information is updated and accessible. I’ve found that this provides valuable insights about the sales process and the lead position. The sales automation feature helps in updating the various stages of the lead. The system changes the lead from “New” to “Negotiating” when prospects respond to the drip campaign.

Automated alerts in the function ensure the sales team has timely updates on the customer or lead. The notifications are customizable and scheduled based on the company’s preference. Sales automation automates all the tasks performed by the sales team. 

The system has automated redefined sales tasks like completing user tasks for a lead, qualifying the lead, scheduling a follow-up call with them, etc., all impressive to me. 

Omni-Channel Communication

NetHunt offers the best communication capabilities for CRMs by providing an omnichannel communication functionality. Companies can employ various sales platforms and integrate communication into the NetHunt CRM. Every conversation and information between the customer and the company is tied to the customer’s profile on the CRM. 

Some popular communication channels NetHunt collects information from include emails, phone calls, online chats, messengers, and social media.

NetHunt doesn’t have a free plan, but I see that customers can learn more about the CRM by opting for the 14-day trial version at no cost. CRM doesn’t provide customized pricing plans for companies, but it provides technical and professional advice on the best pricing plan for one’s business based on size, CRM needs, and objectives.

Is NetHunt CRM Easy to Use?

NetHunt CRM has a simple user interface. The CRM is accessible via a web version and a mobile application. The two platforms feature various navigation bars that direct the users to multiple critical pages on the CRM. New users have plenty of resources on the platform to guide them on how to optimize the CRM for their businesses.

Customer support provides two critical options for clients that I thought were useful: Talk to Customer Success or Talk to Tech Support. They are provided customized solutions based on their queries and information collected from their interaction. 

NetHunt also offers frequent updates on “What’s in Development?”. It covers the latest features, functions, and integrations added to the system, with a detailed guide on how customers can use them. I feel like this is a fantastic section.

  • The CRM provides impeccable email marketing capabilities, but with social media platforms, it only enables communication.
