Vcita offers a 14-day free trial for you to explore their product. No action is needed if you decide not to continue with a paid subscription. Your account will automatically expire at the end of the trial period, and no billing information is required for trial accounts.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are prepaid and automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. If you stop using your account, it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

You have two ways to cancel your subscription:

  • If you want to resume using your account, change its status to Expired. An expired account can be accessed and reactivated at any time, and you will not be billed while it is expired.
