There’s no denying that Vendasta CRM is one of the most powerful sales tools out there. The fact that it’s also white label, so, you can customize it for your business, makes it even more appealing. Of course, if you want all the benefits that come with the Vendasta CRM tool, be prepared to pay quite a bit for it. Overall, I’d say Vendasta is worth trying, and you should take advantage of the free trial to see if it’d suit your business needs.

From the salesperson to the C-suite execs, everyone gets a view of the Vendasta sales dashboard. I love that the salesperson sees what matters to them, which is prospects and the ability to build relationships to help them close deals. 

Then, for me, I’m able to make sales-driven decisions based on what the sales team has on their plate. My Vendasta dashboard gives me the perfect overall picture. Then, the C-suite executives get a Vendasta snapshot report of the numbers to make sure we’re not bleeding money on potentially unsuccessful leads.

Lowest Rated Features

Email and Media Marketing

Media companies may be trying to produce effective content. This can be to conquer local community nuances, or to mass produce ad copy for big campaigns. Either way, the Vendasta media marketing side of things is quite interesting. You can set up campaigns and the Vendasta tool will help to produce copy and source stock photos.

But, the quality of the Vendasta AI content is not the best. I was greatly embarrassed by some of the copy it produced because it didn’t capture our brand’s witty personality. So, you’ll need to keep an eye on the content the Vendasta products create via AI.

Activity Tracking and Reporting

Vendasta CRM offers impressive activity tracking and reporting features. This enables the sales teams to monitor and analyze their sales activities. Vendasta also allows them to track calls, emails, meetings, and other interactions with leads and contacts, ensuring that no important touchpoints are missed. 

In addition to Vendasta tracking, there are reporting capabilities which provide valuable insights into sales performance. It’s meant to help sales reps and managers identify trends and assess the effectiveness of their sales strategies.

But it’s hard to make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts using this tracking, though. You’ll probably need to contact Vendasta support for guidance.

Integration and Compatibility

As a provider of white label services that sell digital solutions, Vendasta has thought through a lot of scenarios in terms of integration and compatibility. If you’re like me and hate dealing with invoices that require you carefully reviewing each of them, then the Vendasta crM platform is great. 

You get one bill at the end of the month, but so many tools to use in the Vendasta Sales CRM platform. The suite of software integrations can automatically get connected to your own accounts, which minimizes the amount of work you have to do.

Since there are so many of them, I’ll highlight the ones I most often

  • Meeting and scheduling: As mentioned earlier, setting up meetings is super easy with Vendasta. You can integrate remote meeting tools that allow for screen sharing. We’re talking Google Meet, Crankwheel, Skype, Zoom and so on. These are built directly into the Vendasta CRM platform.
  • Content marketing and CRM tools: HubSpot has played a big role in my content marketing and customer relationship management career. I was glad to see that it can easily be integrated with Vendasta, and we could even import our customer list too. Then, to keep my SEO and content on track, I managed to integrate Marketo into the Vendasta.
  • Task management tools: I won’t lie, I’m a big fan of Monday.com. It makes workflows so easy across my team. You just give a single instruction, and you’re assured that no team members are working in the opposite direction. That’s why I highlight it as an easily integrated tool on Vendasta CRM.

Vendasta Pricing and Value

Now, let’s talk about money. Not making money with Vendasta, but spending it! We all know that when choosing software tools for both big and small businesses, cost matters. You need to make sure that what you’re getting from Vendasta is worth the cost. 

Vendasta pricing varies depending on what you’re after. So, the market white label platform costs will differ from the platform costs. But, for the sake of this kind review, we’ll focus on the CRM platform Vendasta pricing.

Breaking down Vendasta Pricing

  • Free: To start, I was so relieved to see that you can start off with Vendasta using a free trial run. I was able to see how it works in terms of marketing, selling, billing, and fulfilling orders. The Vendasta free trial also gives you access to the full Vendasta web app marketplace.
  • Essentials for $299/month: You’ll get everything under the Free package, as well as discounted pricing on web apps and services  If you’re a start-up agency, consider contacting Vendasta directly. They might be able to give you a nice deal under the Essentials package.
  • Professional for $599/month: Get everything under the Vendasta Essentials package, but also the ability to rename some white-label software with your brand’s name. This means you can rename software from Vendasta and sell it to local businesses as your own. 
  • Premium for $1,299/month: Enjoy all the Vendasta Professional package benefits, as well as volume discounts and a multi-location business app. Also, Professional Vendasta pricing gives you access to a dedicated account coordinator. This means you’ll get Vendasta assistance faster than other packages where it might take a few business days.

It’d be extremely important for all kinds of organizations, from big financial institutions to small businesses, to shop around and look into Vendasta alternatives. That’s certainly what I did when before choosing to go with the Vendasta web app platform. 

Since there are so many other systems you could choose from, these are the CRM Vendasta alternatives that’d conquer local businesses’ doubts about the best option available. Take note that these other platforms are CRM-focused and not white label platform alternatives.

The user-friendly and scalable CRM solution provides features for lead management, contact management, deal tracking, and email integration.
  • Pipedrive: If you’re an agency that’s primarily focused on customer acquisition and retention, then the Pipedrive CRM platform is a must for you. It was designed specifically for sales teams to conquer local and international campaign challenges. The people I’ve spoken to who use Pipedrive give it an overall rating of up to 4.5/5. They love it because it provides visual pipeline management.

Security and Compliance

People succeed online with their marketing efforts when they make their customers feel safe. You can design your website in a specific way with “trust-inducing” colors. But, this isn’t enough. The basics such as HTTPS encryption and GDPR compliance are important. 

So, if, for example, financial institutions or e-commerce sites are looking to use Vendasta CRM tools, then you need to make sure that all boxes are ticked in terms of security.

To keep you safe, Vendasta:
