What does Boomtown CRM do?

BoomTown CRM is a software solution designed for the real estate industry. It assists agents with the entire sales pipeline, from leads to final closing. As an agent on the go, I found Boomtown to be a great digital assistant, so let’s look at some of the functions this software supports.

BoomTown provides expert lead-generation tools to help real estate professionals find and attract potential clients. In conjunction with lead generation, Boomtown integrates seamlessly with Internet Data Exchange (IDX) websites, allowing agents to list properties from Multiple Listing Services directly on their websites.

Boomtown also offers a CRM that allows me to track and nurture leads effectively. It helps me manage client interactions, automate follow-ups, and organize communication with potential buyers and sellers. I found the automated email campaign fantastic for sending targeted messages to leads, keeping them engaged and informed.

I also found that Boomtown is Software as a Service (SaaS), so I could use it anywhere: on my desktop, tablet, or smartphone. This flexibility was liberating, as I could follow up while in the field as effectively as if I were at my desk.

Boomtown CRM contains all the functions I need to support my job as a real estate agent. They are all contained in one package and are simple to use once set up correctly.

Predictive CRM

BoomTown offers a Predictive Real Estate CRM. This software is a set of tools that allows an agent to find and manage leads, manage relationships with prospective clients and close real estate deals from one user interface. Boomtown has automated lead distribution to assign leads to any agent. Lead activity is meticulously monitored within the real estate CRM system. 

This tracking generates predictive insights regarding leads most likely to engage in meaningful conversations by analyzing their behavior, interactions, and preferences. BoomTown’s CRM uses predictive analytics to identify top opportunities most likely to engage, helping agents focus their efforts on leads with the highest potential for conversion.

As Boomtown is an integrated solution, I avoid using multiple tools and instead have lead management, customer relationship monitoring, and deal-closing features on one platform. Lastly, the customizable website feature has saved hundreds of dollars in development costs, and we could get our website up and running quickly. 

Lead Generation

BoomTown’s lead generation process involves attracting potential customers through targeted advertising, identifying qualified prospects using AI-driven profiling, and nurturing leads with personalized, automated campaigns.

Using Marketing Central, agents can create advertising campaigns suited to their budgets and needs. Additionally, we can attract casual surfers to become prospective clients by presenting a professional and capable face through a custom website built to our requirements.

BoomTown synchronizes seamlessly with MLS listings, allowing us to import accurate lead details and property information. Leads can also be captured via social media, users clicking on a website, telephone calls or any other source. 

Once the leads are captured into BoomTown, a polished lead profiling feature uses AI to profile homebuyers and sellers to identify qualified prospects.

To ensure consistent communication with all leads, regardless of the time of day, automated lead nurturing allows me to set up campaigns across email, text, and social media. This ensures consistent communication with leads, even outside regular business hours.  

Full-Circle Pipeline Management

 BoomTown’s Full-Circle Pipeline Management combines lead qualification, opportunity tracking, customizable deal stages, sales forecasting, and visual pipeline representation to empower real estate professionals in managing their sales processes.

This functionality starts with lead qualification, where BoomTown’s CRM helps qualify leads by analyzing their behavior, engagement, and preferences. It profiles leads based on their interactions with the platform, ensuring that agents focus on high-potential prospects. 

Once a high-prospect lead is identified the opportunity tracking component kicks in where the system tracks opportunities throughout their lifecycle. Agents can monitor leads’ progress, view communication history, and identify key touchpoints. These actions include lead inquiries, property showings, and follow-up interactions. 

BoomTown also allows the customization of deal stages to match our specific sales process. Each stage represents a milestone in the sales journey.

Agents can follow a sale cycle from lead to closure, and BoomTown’s CRM provides insights into future revenue by analyzing deal stages, lead conversion rates, and historical data. This means agents can forecast sales based on the pipeline’s health and the likelihood of deals closing.

The Launch Plan plan is ideal for real estate start-ups. It is valid for two users and has all the foundational lead management features to capture and manage sales leads supplied via BoomTown. 

With this package, the start-up can use BoomTown’s lead generation, have a mobile app, use the CRM functionality, and take advantage of Boomtown’s concierge feature to monitor your leads.

Core Plan

The BoomTown Core plan builds on the Launch Plan and is designed for growth-oriented real estate agents and small teams. It is a foundational system that helps you establish the right processes for your agency. This plan supports up to five users and allows you to create personalized drip campaigns, sending emails or texts to nurture leads effectively. 

These automated campaigns keep your prospects engaged and informed. It also includes bulk emails and texts to stay responsive to any inquiry. The Core plan provides all the tools you need to increase your reach and build a pipeline with excellent results. It’s about creating more opportunities for your growing team.

Grow Plan

The Grow Plan boasts advanced tools, including a curated ‘sharing library’ of proven drip campaigns. It automates lead matching based on property attributes and seamlessly integrates with industry-leading best-of-breed solutions. Start with 10 users and effortlessly expand as needed. 

Grow Plan customers can build a personal database using WordPress and assistance from BoomTown to showcase all their properties across social media. This solution is purpose-built to drive conversions, foster team connectivity, and enhance productivity and accountability.

btPro Plan

btPRO builds on the strengths of the other plans with all of BoomTown’s technology in conjunction with kvCore to create a powerful solution for top-performing real estate teams. This plan allows you to create professional and customizable IDX Websites to showcase your listings and attract leads. You can drive lead generation with advanced tools, including lead capture forms and property search features. 

This plan also includes an AI-powered Smart CRM to leverage artificial intelligence to manage leads effectively, automate communication, and track interactions. Additionally, btPRO offers features like CORE Present for impressive client presentations, CORE Listing Machine for elite-level marketing, and CORE Home to engage clients as they rent, buy, and sell any of their properties, maintaining a long-term relationship.

I and other users found BoomTown’s interface to be user-friendly and intuitive. It allows brokers, agents, and teams to navigate effortlessly through the system. However, learning how to use the software effectively takes time. 

BoomTown offers a Learning Portal with various courses to help users get the most out of the CRM and an onboarding process working with their support team. It also provides webinars to demonstrate the use of its offerings in real-life situations. This company has dedicated coaches, or Success Strategy teams, who monitor your KPIs to help you maintain your success.
