My Verdict

My Verdict

Out of all the marketing CRM systems I’ve tried, Spotler is one of my favorites. The sales and marketing focus of the dashboards make this a vital tool for B2B companies. I like that you can hit the ground running with the intro tutorial, video, and some on-page help guides. It’s beneficial for tracking interactions with customers and staying on top of follow-ups.

One of the primary strengths of this CRM platform is lead generation through the Web Forms tool. As you capture new contacts on your site, you can automatically start a pipeline and send relevant communications without losing time. I appreciate how each feature connects to the others, making it a comprehensive business tool.

Spotler CRM: What Can It Do for Your Business?

Spotler is a CRM system aimed at helping your business create and execute compelling marketing campaigns. It focuses on B2B marketing, with an emphasis on sales and customer service. It was previously called Really Simple Systems, and I can see why, as this is a straightforward but powerful setup.

The centralized hub means you can keep track of your interactions with customers. The intuitive interface is ideal for collaboration, particularly when it comes to generating leads, visualizing the sales process and automating tasks. With several tools in one place and helpful integrations, you can streamline sales and marketing processes for increased productivity. Let’s take a closer look at the specific features.

Spotler’s Key Features

Businesses have different needs, so it’s essential to pick a CRM system that fits your requirements. Spotler CRM has a clear marketing focus, giving you an overview of sales while making sure you never miss an opportunity to engage your customers. I explore the three key areas where Spotler excels.

Lead Management

Clear visibility of your sales pipeline is crucial for B2B marketing, and Spotler CRM delivers just that. This CRM system features lead generation as well as overall management features. You can track interactions with prospects and create forecasts based on the probability of a sale to help you close more deals.

The Web Forms tool automates the lead generation process by enabling the system to capture contacts from your website. A new activity timeline begins, and you can line up several actions, including free trials and newsletter signups from here.

The ability to automate tasks means your focus can stay on your sales priorities without missing an opportunity. I particularly like how easy it is to generate a quotation without switching to a new system. New leads are taken care of, and existing customers stay loyal thanks to fast response times.

Contact Management

Straightforward and effective organization is what makes Spotler CRM easy to use. Handling and maintaining customer relationships is essential to deliver an excellent experience and to closing leads. The ability to share up-to-date details across your whole team with a clear record of every interaction helps small to medium businesses deliver polished responses.

This CRM system records every contact with customers, including calls, emails and any shared documents, plus notes from the team. The integrated VoIP telephony and email integration make contact management functional as well as useful. I’m most impressed with the ability to add tasks to the summary timeline of interactions, which is a productivity booster and a time-saver.

Email Marketing

The email marketing software from this CRM system complements the lead management feature. You can segment your imported contacts and new leads using custom fields, which makes personalizing your campaigns that much easier.

At the heart of the campaign management feature are the email marketing tools.

It gives your company the ability to design professional and effective messages. The drag-and-drop approach means you don’t need to be a tech whiz to create branded and customized email.

Personalization doesn’t end at addressing your customer by their name. You can boost engagement by using other relevant data held in the CRM, such as their location or a previous purchase. The option to schedule emails down to the hour stands out to me, as it means you can catch customers when they’re most likely to read and respond to your email.

Available Integrations

This CRM system works smarter and harder. It offers several integrations, including connections with third-party software, such as Zapier, that opens up the possibilities for even more functionality. Here are some of the top native and third-party integrations you can expect.

  • Zapier
  • Sage
  • QuickBooks
  • KashFlow
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Sheets
  • Xero
  • Onelogin
  • Osano
  • Leadinfo
  • Integrately
  • LeadGen

Pricing Plan

Spotler’s CRM software has a fairly flexible pricing structure, which is perhaps why the site recommends providing your details to get a custom quotation. The cost depends on the plan you choose, how many users you want and which optional modules you add. While there are four reasonable options that make it suitable for growing businesses, the per-user pricing structure means it can get costly quickly.

After your free trial, which I recommend you use to see what the platform can do, you can downgrade to the free version. It gets you access to the basic features, 100 company accounts and two users. Alternatively, opt for the Starter plan, which gets you 1,000 company accounts.

The Professional plan starts at $43 per user per month, and it gives you capacity for up to 5,000 company accounts, 5GB of document storage and unlimited contacts. If you need unlimited company accounts, the Enterprise plan is available with unlimited contacts and document storage at $64 per user per month.

You can add three optional modules to your plan, including Service & Support and Advanced Marketing, which cost $64 per month and Simple Marketing, which costs $30 per month. The marketing modules get you 50,000 or 5,000 emails per month, respectively. Enterprise plan businesses with five or more users get one module for free, and with 10 users, you can get support and marketing included.

Is Spotler Easy To Use?

You don’t need any previous experience with a CRM platform to get to grips with Spotler’s interface. You can switch between sales and marketing dashboards for an overview. The widgets are customizable, and options, such as the sales funnel and the accounts by sector pie chart, deliver superb visibility regarding performance.

The ever-present and intuitive toolbar menu means you can head to key pages to view tasks, your calendar, contact details, quotations, opportunities and more. I found importing existing customers and editing entries to be straightforward, as was creating a marketing campaign. The major sections of the software have introductory modules to help you locate the main features.

While watching webinars and reading support articles is easy in the support hub, I was particularly impressed by the assistance options within the platform. For example, when accessing the reporting feature, I read a quick how-to guide without leaving the reports tab, which saved a lot of time.

Which Companies Work with Spotler CRM?

Spotler is a CRM system that’s proud of its loyal customers. Over 3,000 businesses use the platform, and you can find glowing testimonials on the site. While many of the software’s users are small to medium-sized companies, it’s also used by bigger names from across the globe. Some of the names include:

  • British Red Cross
  • Hello Scotland
  • BloomSmith
  • JC Payne

Final Thoughts on Spotler CRM

Spotler CRM software is an excellent option for companies that want a simple but powerful platform. There’s no steep learning curve, as most aspects of the system are intuitive. If you do need help, the on-page assistance and support hub articles are easy to follow.

The fact that there’s a free plan also makes this an affordable option, although anyone needing multiple users could find it getting expensive. That being said, the free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans and optional modules mean there’s room for growth.

This CRM software is best suited to  B2B marketing companies. There’s a strong focus on engagement through email campaigns and centralizing information and interactions with customers. If communication, newsletters and lead generation are crucial priorities for your business, Spotler can boost your efficiency and productivity.
