Thryv has comprehensive pricing plans, as the brand splits packages between the various Centers. There’s a free package for a small business owner or startup that only wants the Command Center to manage team meetings. 

It allows up to five users and has three centralized inbox channels, with 60 minutes of phone and video calls. However, it also provides the following packages:

• Command Plus: $20/month/user
• Command Professional: $30/month/user

The Business Center gives small business owners access to the actual CRM, a secure client portal, and more tools.

• Business Plus: $199/month/location
• Business Professional: $349/month/location
• Business Unlimited: $499/month/location

The Marketing Center provides online presence optimization and boosts local listings. It further offers real-time analytics, among other tools.

• Marketing Plus: $199/month/location
• Marketing Professional: $349/month/location

ThryvPay is an integrated payment processor service that makes payments easy. The brand sweetens the deal by stating there’ll be no payment processing rates on your first $2,000 of transactions.

• ThryvPay Basic Rates: 2.60% + $0.30/transaction
• ThryvPay Plus Rates: 2.55% + $0.30/transaction
• ThryvPay Professional Rates: 2.50% + $0.30/transaction

It’s essential to note that all Business and Marketing packages will have a $250 one-time onboarding fee and a $9 monthly support fee. Further, no matter what package you buy, you’ll gain access to the free Command Center subscription’s features.

What’s Thryv CRM Software Best For?

During my Thryv review, I saw that this software has helped over 66,000 small businesses. As it’s tailored towards small business owners, it understands their unique challenges. As such, it aims to help them overcome these obstacles by using the brand’s service.

The brand is also present on social media to spread its influence. You’ll find it on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Thryv’s one dashboard lets you stay organized and gain more customers by focusing on the operations that generate leads. It’s also focused on driving revenue. Centralized Inbox

The centralized inbox doesn’t just consolidate your communication channels. It also includes your social media channels. You can see all the latest messages and communications from popular channels in one place. These include Gmail, Outlook, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and more options.

The inbox centralizes its communications around the customer in a single thread. That means you don’t need five or 11 channels open on different platforms to track client communications. Further, you can choose the channel you want to reach out on using a drop-down list, making fast communication on the client’s preferred app easy.

TeamChat

TeamChat is a feature that allows team leaders or employers to contact their team members or employees quickly. Just as you have a dedicated chat and inbox for clients, you also have one for your business. It lets you collaborate with specific members or send broadcast messages to the entire team.

On TeamChat, you can even send images and documents, ensuring all your employees can access the latest information. It also keeps things more professional than using messaging systems like WhatsApp, and it’s easier to keep track of than emails.

• Scheduling: The calendar and scheduling system lets clients book a spot on the calendar you made available. It helps ensure no double bookings and provides an overview of the month’s activities. You’ll also receive automated reminders about events and appointments.

• Invoicing: This all-in-one solution lets you send estimates and invoices within minutes. You can create specific templates and send estimates to clients to e-sign. The client can sign, approve, and pay from the document they receive. With one press of a button, it’s also possible to convert the estimate into an invoice.

• Social Media Management: Gain access to AI-powered social media posts to help provide dynamic content. Schedule social media posts in advance to help relieve your daily payload. You can also check the performance of your posts and see which channels perform better.

Further, the dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. A sidebar provides access to all your features, and buttons are clear and easy to navigate. The sidebar even presents a Quick Action button if you have specific actions you want to access instantly. 

Overall, I love the smooth adoption process and how easy it is to start using this platform. Whether on desktop or mobile, the interface remains equally navigable, and your devices easily speak to one another.
