Free Plan

The free plan allows unlimited users, which is almost unheard of. The restrictions come into effect on what advanced features are available. Free plan users don’t have access to customer support, but the help center and FAQs answer just about all questions. It allows Chats, 1-1 HD video calls, and access to one company knowledge base.

Standard

The standard plan bumps the number of users to 50 for $124/month/organization. However, using the annual plan, that monthly cost lowers to $99/month. This plan includes additional features related to marketing, administration, and online documents. It allows users to edit documents simultaneously and keeps version histories of documents for 90 days.

Professional

The professional plan usually costs $249/month/organization and includes 100 users. If you buy the annual plan, you pay $199/month instead. It adds features for Sales Intelligence, Automation, and HR. As such, it’s ideal for mid to large companies.

Enterprise

The enterprise package is perfect for large companies and allows more users, up to 250, for $499/month/organization. You can lower it to $399/month if you pay annually. With this plan, you get access to the full suite of tools. It’s a comprehensive package that provides an all-in-one approach to managing your company and leads.

What Does Bitrix24 CRM Do?

Bitrix24 is a comprehensive CRM tool that works ideally for teams, small businesses, and large companies. It provides a host of CRM and lead management tools, along with communication, project management, and automation features.

One of the unique selling points of this brand is its all-in-one approach. It lets you access your business all in one place, which means everything is within easy reach. Further, the free version allows unlimited users, which I seldom see in other CRM tools.

Still, before using this software, you must understand all aspects of it. I dive deep into Bitrix24 and see what features it offers and whether it has good usability and accessibility.

About Bitrix24

Bitrix24 started as an on-premise user interface for customer relationship management. However, it soon began offering a comprehensive suite of tools, and in 2012, it launched the online version. Over 12 million businesses have used the free plan since it launched.

About 15 million businesses use the software today, either for their partner program or as a collaborative CRM tool. This brand is open-source CRM software and allows a variety of customization options.

Key Features of Bitrix24 CRM

Bitrix24 is an exceptional tool for teams and project-driven businesses. It offers a comprehensive dashboard with a snapshot of your features, projects, tasks, and lead management.

However, that’s not all that makes this software an excellent one. Below, I explore the key features users will gain access to and how these features work.

Lead and Contact Management

This CRM is packed with client management features that allow you to effectively manage contacts and leads. Some of the best sub-features within its CRM are:

  • Lead Acquisition: Generate leads using multiple channels. These channels include live chat, web forms, social media, and phone calls. The software automatically adds these leads to your CRM so you don’t lose track of leads and possible clients.
  • Lead Management: There’s a built-in scoring tool. This tool will notify the sales rep of leads they should focus on and which are likely to convert. It automatically assigns reps to leads to keep every team member on track.
  • Sales Automation: Adjust dozens of marketing and sales automation rules. It helps enhance your company’s workflow automation.
  • Client Management: Create custom pages for clients. You can share these pages with team members or move them down the sales pipeline.

  • Invoice Customization: Add the company logo to the invoice at any pricing level. However, you can add or adjust product catalogs, taxes, numbering, and other company information with higher pricing levels.
  • Payment Tracking: Track payments from the dashboard. Team members can see when payments go through and the client’s payment method.
  • Managing Transactions: The dashboard lets you see all the current sales, payments, and transactions. Keep an eye on your payments and manage them from one place.

  • Lead Scoring: The built-in scoring tool will ensure sales reps know the value of leads to the company. It’s an easy way to see whether spending time contacting this client is worthwhile.
  • Predictive Analytics: This software doesn’t focus on providing predictive analytics. However, users can find notifications and advice using the lead management system. It’ll notify them of the leads most likely to convert and when to contact them.

Tasks and Projects

Part of offering the best collaboration tool is to ensure employees can track their tasks and projects. Available on the dashboard, the snapshot of tasks and projects will remind them of their daily, weekly, and monthly activities.

  • Calendar and Gantt Chart: The calendar will help you list and organize when tasks and projects take place. You can also use a Gantt chart for individual projects to keep the team on track.
  • Task Creation: Create tasks within seconds from your smartphone. These tasks integrate with the main program, which lets you and your team see it from any device. Assign it to team members and even add a checklist of duties.
  • Focus Mode: Tasks that members are working on currently will be featured at the top of your task list. This way, you can track which tasks are ongoing and which members have already started. You can even automate repetitive tasks to streamline the workflow.

Automate tasks like follow-up emails, notifications, or lead management. Set triggers, like contacting a lead, when you receive the notification that they opened your email.

Pricing Plans

Bitrix24 has a free version that millions of companies use because it allows unlimited users. However, it also has four other packages to fit the needs of small or medium-sized businesses. It can even be ideal for large companies. Users who pay annually save up to 20% on their monthly costs.

While it doesn’t have a month free trial, it does present a 15-day free trial on all packages. Best yet, the free trial is available without users having to provide credit card details, so you can decide without penalty to cancel the trial.

Free Plan

The free plan allows unlimited users, which is almost unheard of. The restrictions come into effect on what advanced features are available. It has 5 GB of online storage and offers the basic features associated with the following:

  • Collaboration
  • Tasks & Projects
  • CRM
  • Drive
  • Contact Center
  • Website Builder
  • Bitrix24 Sign

Free plan users don’t have access to customer support, but the help center and FAQs answer just about all questions. It allows Chats, 1-1 HD video calls, and access to one company knowledge base. Some of the major ways it differs from other packages is that it has:

  • Max of 1,000 tasks
  • Unlimited number of catalog items
  • Can publish 100 products on sites

Basic

The basic plan costs $61/month/organization but can be bumped to $49/month if you use the annual package. It has a maximum limit of five users, which seems like a downgrade from the free plan.

However, it offers all the free plan features and new ones associated with the online store and customer support. What further sets it apart is its:

  • Video file conversion limit of 1 GB
  • Three company knowledge bases
  • One email inbox/user
  • 24 GB of online storage
  • Five scrum teams
  • Max of 100,000 tasks
  • 3,000 catalog items

It also stands out due to the following features:

Professional

The professional plan usually costs $249/month/organization and includes 100 users. If you buy the annual plan, you pay $199/month instead. It adds features for Sales Intelligence, Automation, and HR.

  • Unlimited number of company knowledge bases
  • 10 email inboxes/user
  • 1024 GB of online storage
  • 20 scrum teams
  • Unlimited tasks
  • 500,000 catalog items
  • Can publish 5,000 products on sites
  • 20 pipelines
  • 100,000 Max leads, deals, and contacts in a report

  • Unlimited catalog items
  • 20 employees can simultaneously edit documents
  • Unlimited pipelines
  • 200,000 Max leads, deals, and contacts in a report

Bitrix24 CRM Customer Service

Bitrix24’s customer support is where some might feel it falls a bit short. Customer support is only available to paid package users. Further, you typically have to be an administrator to contact support. This measure allows the support team to cut down on spam messages and provide more accurate support.

Further, though it states that dedicated support is available, it only says it’s within business hours. It doesn’t clarify what those business hours are. When you have access to support, it’s generally available through a live chat or email.

This wording suggests that paid users will receive fast and efficient support. Unfortunately, it’s not a 24/7 service. Still, there’s a comprehensive help center and FAQ page that provides answers to about 95% of free users’ questions.

Is Bitrix24 CRM Easy to Use?

When signing up, you can tick a box requesting training materials. These materials will help users with onboarding, no matter their plan. Once I created my account, I could streamline my daily routine by choosing which processes I would use the most often.

I also received a message with a YouTube video explaining the first steps to setting up my dashboard and account. Overall, the company goes above and beyond to ensure its users have an easy time registering.

However, the dashboard can be a bit complex for people who aren’t as tech-savvy. It provides a lot of information in a small space, which will streamline your experience once you become used to it. However, it might feel slightly overwhelming at first.

It saves up to 60 kg of CO2 emissions per remote employee/week, which helps make the air cleaner.
