Step-by-Step Process to Connect Facebook Leads with Creatio

Let’s understand the process of connecting leads with CRM.

Step 1: Login to Your Facebook Account

Login to your Facebook page.

Step 2: Setting Up

  • Go to the More Tools option and search for the Meta Business Suite. 
  • Click on the All Tools option.

Step 3: Select the Type of Advertisement

Go to the advertising section and select the type for which you want to create an advertisement such as business & select business/company

In the form section select the CRM integration option as Creatio.

Step 4: CRM Setup

Go to the CRM setup option. Type “Creatio” in the search box and select it when it appears.

Step 5: Connecting Your CRM Using Zapier

  1. Go to the Facebook page and click the publishing tool.
  2. Click the lead set up option and in the lead setup, search Creatio and select it. Then click Connect.
  3. Now login to Zapier.
  4. Choose your Facebook account in the Choose Account section and click Continue.
  5. Go to the page drop-down menu and select the Facebook page that you want to
    use for your campaign. Click Continue.
  6. Go to the Form drop-down menu and select the leads you want to use. Click
    Continue.
  7. To generate a sample lead, click on the test and review and confirm to check the
    integration is working. Click Continue.
  8. Login to Creatio and ensure that Zapier creates a record in that application.
  9. Click the drop-down menu to the right of each of the fields in the Create Contact
    section, then choose the relevant item from your Instant Form. Ensure that fields
    like “Email” are entered into the correct fields in the Creatio.
  10. To ensure that integration is set up correctly, click the test and continue option. Now
    you can see the sample lead created in Creatio.
  11. Once you are finished, turn on Zap. Now, Zapier will transfer the information from
    your lead ad submissions into the Creatio or another application of your choice.

Step 6: Final Step

After completing the integration, visit your Creatio account to view and manage leads. You will also be able to download leads through Facebook if you want.

Note: You cannot change or unplug your CRM, Creatio, from Meta Business Suite if you integrate it via an outside website. Once the CRM integration has been connected via Meta Business Suite, you may test it.
