It does this through tools like MyQueue, which helps divide tasks into portfolios and list them according to their priority level. This way, teams know which portfolio to open and what to prioritize.

It connects my company to the consumer and allows smooth communication throughout the residents’ experience. Residents can get quick assistance when inquiring about a property or wanting to renew lease agreements.

The great thing is they allow scalability. If you join Funnel CRM as a small business that isn’t striving financially, you’ll find a plan suitable for what you can afford. Funnel CRM software can still cater to your business needs as it grows and requires more tools.

Although affordable, the pricing plans don’t include CRM set-up and fraud protection fees. Fraud prevention costs an additional $1.50 and is optional. However, it can benefit criminal, eviction, credit, and background screening.

Based on my experience Funnel CRM is easy to use. Its website is easy to navigate. You’ll find all the CRM tools you need without a hassle. In addition to this, with each feature you encounter, there’s an explanation of how it works. 

Since the CRM is for property owners, the explanation of features isn’t generalized. Terms related to real estate are used. This way, you know which part of your company each feature is most useful for and how it works. 

There’s also an FAQ page to find answers to more specific questions. If this isn’t enough, you can visit the resources page for blog posts, case studies from real customers, videos, podcasts, and ebooks. 

When you’ve decided to partner with Funnel CRM software, you get onboarding assistance. I found the customer support team will help you set up. However, as mentioned above, there are additional costs to this. These are discussed with the sales team, and you can contact them via phone or by filling in a contact form.
