I feel that the sales manager can access in-depth data about the sales and the team’s overall performance. In my opinion, this is a great feature.

Claritysoft sets itself apart with a straightforward solution that offers ease of use by providing only the features the business will actually use to avoid cluttering the interface. It also includes sales forecasts based on business analytics to help the team manager set goals for upcoming projects.

I feel that Claritysoft is one of the best CRM software to improve the sales process. It includes in-depth analytics, which can be used to forecast your business’s future sales, and tracking tools to manage every stage of a sale. Moreover, it provides these features with simplified internal processes, so everyone can use them easily and focus on their primary task: selling your products.

As a CRM specializing in sales, Claritysoft has a sales forecasting system. It’ll use the data it receives to provide in-depth reports on your activities. However, it’s not only about your past sales since Claritysoft will use the analytics to give predictions on your future sales.

I feel it’s a valuable tool for managing your sales project, and you can either align your goals to these forecasts or use the data to rethink your approach and try to get better results. It’s all about giving you the most information in an understandable way to help your decision-making process.

The second plan, Accelerator, is priced at $59 and gives you access to more features with storage improved to 50 GB and 250,000 contacts. Finally, with the third plan, the Enterprise plan costs $69 monthly, and it includes all the features. You’ll be able to store up to 1,000,000 contacts, and you’ll get 200 GB of storage.

During the review process, I didn’t find any form of rebate, like an NPO rebate. It’s possible that you can get access to such a rebate by contacting customer support, but I couldn’t find it. I feel that this information should be more transparent if it is available.

Is Claritysoft Easy to Use?

As the name indicates, Claritysoft puts the emphasis on bringing the simplest CRM solution possible. The company sets itself apart from other CRM providers with its straightforward and accessible solution. It provides all the features you need out of the box and removes features most of its customers won’t use to make the experience more accessible.

Moreover, the company aims to provide the most responsive customer support and takes care of its customers as much as possible. This translates into an intuitive UI with a dashboard showing essential data, and straightforward categories to navigate quickly. This CRM also offers the possibility to integrate your other productivity apps.

However, if the apps you want to integrate aren’t supported, you’ll have to turn to their open API system, which requires coding knowledge. I feel this is the only challenging part of the CRM.

Last Thoughts: The Most Straightforward Sales CRM

With its dedicated sales features, Claritysoft is clearly intended for newly found small to medium-sales businesses in need of a simple yet practical CRM. It provides the required tools without going overboard with unnecessarily complex features and lets you customize the interface to avoid getting lost while working.

It’s also an excellent CRM that keeps track of every customer interaction, and it provides valuable data with the forecast system. However, it may prove too simple for large-scale operations, and coding knowledge can be required to integrate unsupported apps via the API.
