HighRise HQ CRM Review in 2024: Pros, Cons, Features and more
My Verdict
However, mobile compatibility is lacking compared to more modern CRM software, and as of 2018, Highrise doesn't accept new customers.
- Versatile integration system
- Robust email management system
- Product guaranteed "until the end of the internet."
- Mobile compatibility could be improved.

Integrations
Highrise is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that promises a wide range of features, including a universal email system that works with any other email service, reminders, and an advanced search system with filters.
If you’re wondering if Highrise is the right fit for your business, I’ll tell you everything you need to know throughout this review. I’ll start with a quick overview before going more in-depth about the strengths of Highrise and its limitations.
What Does Highrise Do?
Highrise offers advanced tools to send bulk emails and repeat sending at regular time intervals. The software lets you import data from your existing email ecosystem to start with everything you’ve built so far. You can also work with email templates to keep your team and customers informed of the latest updates without having to start from scratch every time.
Furthermore, Highrise features a group inbox for your leads. If someone is answering back to your email, you’ll find it in this special inbox, so you’re able to get back to your potential customer quicker. Yet, Highrise can do so much more, as I’ll detail in the rest of this review.
Key Features of Highrise
Highrise excels at providing advanced emailing tools for businesses that rely heavily on digital communication. It’s very good at doing so, mainly thanks to the three features I’m about to detail:
Lead Management
Highrise’s lead management system relies on several useful features to help you get leads faster and close deals, as well as insightful reports to see your team’s performance in the last quarter.
It starts with a dedicated inbox for all your leads to stay organized. Then, there’s the possibility of creating custom tags and custom fields, which can help you conduct optimized searches afterward. The team leader can get detailed statistics on every member’s leads and closed deals to assess the team’s performance.
Follow-Up Reminders
If you have recurring customers, Highrise lets you set automatic follow-ups to keep them onboard with your product. You can freely set the tasks you need to accomplish with a due date, and you can set the reminder to repeat itself at a specific time interval.
Bulk Emails
With Highrise, it’s possible to send the same email to your entire customer database in a few clicks. It doesn’t matter which system you currently use for your emails since Highrise can integrate it. Moreover, you can create templates to save even more time.

Pricing Plan
Highrise offers five subscription tiers. The first one is free, but very limited, and is meant to let you try the features. It won’t give you any storage, limit you to two users, and let you have 250 contacts.
The basic plan starts at $29 per month and offers 5 GB of storage for up to six users, unlimited cases, 5,000 contacts, and ten deals. The Plus plan grants you 15 GB of storage for 15 users, and you can add up to 20,000 contacts for $59 per month. Starting from this plan, deals, and cases become unlimited.
Premium lets you work with 40 other people with 30 GB of storage and 30,000 contacts for $119 per month. Finally, the Ultra plan enables you to work with as many users as you want, benefit from 1 TB of storage, and allow your database to reach up to 300,000 contacts for $349 per month.
Highrise only offers monthly billing, and it’s without commitment. Existing users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their current plan at any time. Non-profit organizations can benefit from a 10% discount by contacting Highrise and providing the required documents.
Is Highrise Easy to Use?
Accessibility is among the strong suits of Highrise, the UI is straightforward, with no unnecessarily fancy visuals. Moreover, if there are features you end up not using and you feel like it’s getting in the way, it’s easy to turn them off to gain further visibility.
I’ll also highlight the FAQ section, which provides step-by-step guides with screenshots.

Last Thoughts: The Best Choice For Email Communication
Highrise is clearly intended for businesses who focus on email campaigns to turn a profit. Its main features revolve around email search tools, and sending bulk emails with custom templates. The insight reports mainly focus on your team’s ability to close deals, so it’s clearly more adapted to marketing communication.
However, it also has a high integration capacity with tons of other apps. This means you can centralize your other tools, and third-party apps, through this platform.
