I feel that WebCRM has a user-friendly design layout. Most of the crucial parts of the system have navigation tags at the top and bottom of every page. The CRM is accessible via web and mobile apps; both versions have the same functionalities and features. 

WebCRM has a product guides section with various educational content on optimizing the system based on one’s business and CRM needs. The video guide sections provide more detailed audiovisual guidance on onboarding, especially for new users. Users can get additional support from customer service via email or phone.
