The software allows sales teams to upload contacts from multiple portals, including Excel, CSV, and external business cards. Thanks to its reliable website integration functionality, I could conveniently import leads from external websites. 

The CRM tool also has an automated reminder function, which I found extremely useful as it kept me updated on upcoming appointments. With this, I prevented leads from slipping through the cracks. Since it supports Android and iOS mobile applications, sales teams can work remotely and conveniently.

NoCRM is a prospecting tool for sales teams with limited experience with CRM solutions. It has a prospecting interface that resembles an Excel file with an equally intuitive wizard for importing and exporting files. 

It supports call logging, and I was able to mark each call as either successful or unsuccessful) based on the outcome of my interaction with each prospect. Email prospecting is also an essential element within the lead management feature. 

Pipeline Optimization

Pipeline optimization allowed me to monitor and understand the status of each prospect. 

With this feature, I managed to schedule tasks like email, phone calls, or appointments with just a single click. 

Its dynamic click-and-drag option allowed me to move opportunities up or down within a sales funnel. Furthermore, I could easily change the pipeline view from the screen to display the pipeline by status or its expected closing date, providing a good view of future revenues. 

Sales Workflow Management

NoCRM is a tool specifically designed for sales teams, so it’s not the best platform for accounting or marketing departments. Every sales process is mapped out to allow for effective optimization of sales processes and workflows. 

The intuitive dashboard and Kanban feature provide a clear view of the overall performance of each sales rep. You can also streamline and analyze every sales activity through forecasting and opportunity performance. It allowed me to monitor the sales pipeline as it evolved. I could filter reports by every salesperson, use the data coach, and improve team performance.

Is NoCRM Easy to Use?

One thing I loved about this particular tool is its ease of use and the fact that it was designed by salespeople for salespeople. It’s the one software that understands the needs of a business, especially startups with limited experience with CRM solutions. The prospecting menu works similarly to an Excel spreadsheet. 

Its Kanban view is super efficient, and so is the dashboard, which is well-designed and intuitive. Once the account is set up, the tool quickly configures and effectively structures processes. I could easily and conveniently import and export data from Excel and segment them accordingly. 

In addition, I could easily create leads from business cards and conveniently follow various processes for leads I wanted to manage. It is very easy to use when you want to set up tags, teams, and pipelines and make posts. 

Finally, Nocrm is easy to onboard, and I could quickly integrate it into existing sales channels. It has many productivity features worth exploring, and I loved the flexibility of its post-sales features.

Available Integrations 

As a lead management software, noCRM has an extensive integration library that supports more than 5000 native and third-party tools, making sales processes more efficient. Whether it’s email marketing, invoicing, or cloud phone services, Norcm accommodates them all. 

Native calendar integrations include Google, Outlook, and iCal for managing and scheduling sales activities. Native email Integration capabilities include Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and more. 

When testing these functionalities, I could conveniently send and receive emails from noCRM. Native communication tools that work with Nocrm include Waalaxy for optimizing sales prospecting on LinkedIn and Rapidmail for effective email marketing. 

On communication, Sarbacane Engage is a great native digital marketing tool that integrates efficiently with noCRM. Some third-party platforms that work with Nocrm include TextMagic QuickBooks, Freshbooks, Wave, FunelFLAIRE, Kaspr, ActiveDEMAND, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Zapier, and Google Workspace. 

Nocrm.io Customer Service

Overall, the customer service is great and fast, although the live chat support is primarily available in French. They respond to emails within 24 hours.  I found their orientation, which is offered as an introductory webinar every Thursday, very practical and resourceful for new users. 

They have lots of insightful content on their sites, including an academy, a blog section, and a video center.
